Jay A. Gary
Jay has been in the courier business since 1988. He is dedicated to helping clients create a delivery schedule that is catered to the individual needs of each client. He also oversees all aspects of the business from accounting to sales, to insure the high quality of service that our clients have been custom to.
Jay is happily married to his wife Pam and has two children, Emma and Hanna. In his spare time he enjoys golf, softball, and spending time with his family.

Thomas Panackia
Tom started off in the courier business in 1989, and quickly moved into all aspects of the business such as Superior/Supreme/ Justice Court filing, serving process as an officer of the court of Maricopa County and dispatch manager. He now oversees the day to day operations, from handling client issues to managing drivers to ensure their deliveries are obtained and dropped off in a timely fashion.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys, running, playing softball and spending time with his children.

Jay and Tom joined forces to form Southwest Delivery Solutions. They believe that their combined knowledge and experience will achieve remarkable results for all of their clients.
